  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 1 Baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
  2. Toast the baguette slices in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. While the baguette toasts, dice the tomatoes and gently tear or roughly chop the fresh basil.
  4. Once the baguette is toasted, allow it to cool slightly.
  5. Carefully break apart the burrata cheese into smaller, manageable pieces.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the diced tomatoes onto each toasted baguette slice.
  2. Place a piece of burrata cheese on top of the tomatoes.
  3. Garnish generously with fresh basil, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
