Preparation
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.

- While the baguette toasts, dice the tomatoes and gently tear or roughly chop the fresh basil.
- Once the baguette is toasted, allow it to cool slightly.
- Carefully break apart the burrata cheese into smaller, manageable pieces.
Assembly
- Spoon the diced tomatoes onto each toasted baguette slice.
- Place a piece of burrata cheese on top of the tomatoes.
- Garnish generously with fresh basil, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Notes
