Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a 1.5-quart casserole dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper until well combined. Stir in 2/3 cup of the French fried onions.
Baking
- Pour the green bean mixture into your prepared casserole dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 2/3 cup of French fried onions over the top. Return it to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
Serving
- Let the casserole stand for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set slightly.
