Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a 1.5-quart casserole dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper until well combined. Stir in 2/3 cup of the French fried onions.
Baking
  1. Pour the green bean mixture into your prepared casserole dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly.
  2. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 2/3 cup of French fried onions over the top. Return it to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
