Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk (or buttermilk); whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the finely chopped fresh dill, chives, and parsley, along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings as needed, then cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled as a dressing for salads, a dip for vegetables, or as a condiment for your favorite meals.

Notes

For best results, prepare the dressing a few hours in advance to allow the flavors to deepen. If the dressing is too thick, thin it out with a little extra milk or buttermilk.
