Preparation
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.

- While the potatoes are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in the chopped celery, red onion, and fresh dill.
Assembly
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them well and let them cool slightly. Gently fold the warm potatoes into the dressing, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Cover the potato salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
