  • 4 Milk chocolate bars squares
  • 8 Large marshmallows

Equipment

  • Campfire
  • Roasting sticks

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare your s'mores by breaking each graham cracker sheet in half to create 8 squares, and place one chocolate square on four of the graham cracker halves.
  2. Carefully toast the marshmallows over a campfire flame until they are golden brown and gooey; aim for a soft interior and slightly crispy exterior.
  3. Gently place a toasted marshmallow on top of each chocolate-covered graham cracker half.
  4. Immediately top with the remaining graham cracker halves and gently press down to melt the chocolate and complete your s'mores.

Notes

For an extra gooey s'more, try toasting the marshmallow until it's deeply golden and almost molten inside. If you don't have a campfire, you can use a gas stove burner or oven broiler, but watch them carefully to prevent burning.
