- In a large bowl, combine the shredded or diced cooked chicken, finely chopped celery, and finely chopped red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined and coated.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. This salad is great on its own, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
Notes
For an extra touch, add some chopped fresh herbs like dill or parsley. You can also vary the vegetables by adding bell peppers or cucumber.
