  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Large bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
  3. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of the chicken mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden brown.
  2. Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve the warm Buffalo Chicken Dip with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture. You can also use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch for a different flavor profile. Make sure your cream cheese is truly softened for a smoother dip. This dip can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated; just add a few extra minutes to the baking time.
