  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  4. Toss gently until the coleslaw mix is evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, let the coleslaw chill for at least 30 minutes, or even a few hours, to allow the flavors to fully develop. You can also add chopped fresh parsley or a dash of celery seeds for extra flavor.
