Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 cups Mixed Stir-fry Vegetables frozen or fresh
Stir-fry Sauce
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Equipment

  • Large skillet or Wok
  • Small bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch for the stir-fry sauce.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, then add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then add the mixed stir-fry vegetables to the cooked beef and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
  3. Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
Serving
  1. Serve the ground beef stir fry immediately over rice or noodles if desired, and garnish with sesame seeds or green onions.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or snow peas. Adjust the spiciness by adding a dash of sriracha or red pepper flakes to the sauce. Serve with a side of steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
