- Wash the zucchini thoroughly and trim off the ends. Using a spiralizer, vegetable peeler, or julienne peeler, create long, noodle-like strands from the zucchini.

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
