Prepare the Salmon
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Alternatively, pan-sear the salmon in a hot skillet with a little olive oil for 3-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked.
Prepare the Caesar Dressing
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Season with black pepper to taste.
Prepare the Salad Greens
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large salad bowl.
Combine and Serve
- Once the salmon is cooked, let it cool slightly and then flake it into chunks. Add the salmon, croutons, and remaining Parmesan cheese to the salad bowl with the lettuce.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra tang, add a touch more lemon juice to the dressing. You can also toast your own croutons for a fresher crunch.
