Spinach and Artichoke Hummus
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Basic Hummus (from above recipe)
Spicy Sriracha Hummus
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Basic Hummus (from above recipe)
Lemon Herb Hummus
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Basic Hummus (from above recipe)

Method
 

Basic Hummus
  1. Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth, adding cold water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  1. Add roasted red peppers and smoked paprika to the basic hummus recipe.
