  • 3 Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Bake or grill the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
  2. Once cooked, optionaly glaze with more teriyaki sauce during the last few minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish the cooked salmon with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  2. Serve immediately with your preferred sides, such as rice or steamed vegetables.

Notes
