  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Grill
  • Tongs
  • Basting brush

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375-450°F or 190-230°C) and clean the grates.
  2. Remove the husks and silk from the corn, then wash each ear thoroughly.
Grilling
  1. Lightly brush the cleaned corn with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned corn directly on the preheated grill.
  3. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
Serving
  1. Remove the grilled corn from the heat and serve immediately.
  2. Optionally, you can brush with extra melted butter and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley or cilantro for added flavor.

Notes

For extra flavor, try soaking the corn in water for 15-20 minutes before grilling to help it steam and stay juicy. You can also experiment with different seasonings like chili powder or paprika.
