Prepare Ingredients
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water to create the stir fry sauce. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, then remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Combine and Serve
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Give the prepared sauce a quick whisk, then pour it over the chicken and vegetables. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats all ingredients.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables like snow peas, mushrooms, or water chestnuts.
