  • 5 ounces romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1.5 cups black olives pitted and sliced
  • 4 ounces salami diced
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese diced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and quartered
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing low-fat

Preparation
  1. Chop one head of romaine lettuce and halve one pint of cherry tomatoes.
  2. Slice 1 1/2 cups of pitted black olives, dice 4 ounces of salami, and dice 4 ounces of provolone cheese.
  3. Drain and quarter one can of artichoke hearts.
Assembly
  1. Combine all prepared ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to mix.
