Cooking
  1. Rub each salmon fillet generously with the spice mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Carefully place the salmon fillets skin-side up in the hot skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until a dark crust forms.

Notes
