  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 large Chicken breasts cooked and sliced

  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
Caesar Dressing
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Cook chicken breasts by grilling, baking, or pan-frying until fully cooked; then slice them into strips or dice them.
