Dressing
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, thinly sliced red onion, chopped fresh mint leaves, and mixed greens. Gently toss the ingredients together to distribute them evenly.

Notes
