  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp Instant yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water (105-115°F)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Preparation
  1. Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl, then gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic, then lightly grease a clean bowl with olive oil and place the dough inside.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  4. Punch down the dough to release air, then divide it into two equal portions for your pizzas.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, preheat your oven with a pizza stone inside before baking. You can also substitute part of the all-purpose flour with bread flour for a chewier texture.
