  • 16 oz Pasta e.g., Rotini
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Cucumber large, diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion small, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (6 oz) Black Olives sliced
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing or to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. While pasta cooks, prepare vegetables: halve cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, slice red onion, and slice black olives.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Pour Italian dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  5. Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
