Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 racks Pork Ribs approximately 2-3 lbs each
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Rub your favorite blend
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce your favorite brand
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Whisk
  • Pastry Brush

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of each rib rack by lifting a corner with a knife and pulling it off.
Cooking
  1. Generously rub both sides of the ribs with your chosen BBQ rub.
  2. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  3. While the ribs are cooking, whisk together apple cider vinegar and brown sugar for the glaze.
  4. After 45 minutes, brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
Finish
  1. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can marinate the ribs in the BBQ rub overnight. If you prefer a smokier flavor, consider finishing the ribs on a grill for a few minutes after baking.
