- Pat chicken wings dry and season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then toss with half of the BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange the seasoned wings on the preheated surface.
- Cook the wings for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through, then toss with the remaining BBQ sauce before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes.
