  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 0.25 cup berries (fresh or frozen) for Berry Burst
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter for Peanut Butter Bliss

Method
 

Preparation
  1. For each of the five jars, combine 0.5 cup of rolled oats, 0.75 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add your desired flavor variation to each specific jar, integrating additional ingredients like berries, peanut butter, cocoa powder, banana and nuts, or cinnamon and apple.
Chilling
  1. Securely cover each jar with a lid and place them in the refrigerator.
  2. Allow the oats to soak overnight or for at least 4 hours to achieve the desired consistency.
Serving
  1. In the morning, before serving, you can add any extra toppings you prefer, such as fresh fruit or additional nuts.
