  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour the can of peaches with their syrup into a 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading them evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches, covering them well without stirring.
  3. Distribute the butter pieces over the cake mix, then sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the entire cobbler.
  4. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  5. Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving; it pairs wonderfully with vanilla ice cream.

Notes
