  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt half of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through; set aside.
  2. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, bringing the sauce to a simmer.
  4. Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it; garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
