  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • Grill
  • Tongs
  • Basting Brush (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375-450°F or 190-230°C) and prepare the corn by husking it and removing any silk.
Grilling
  1. Place the husked corn directly on the preheated grill grates, closing the lid.
  2. Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, until it is tender and slightly charred in spots.
  3. Remove the grilled corn from the grill.
Serving
  1. Brush the warm corn with melted butter, then sprinkle with salt and pepper, or other desired seasonings.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy your perfectly grilled corn on the cob.

Notes

For extra flavor, soak the husked corn in a mixture of water and milk for 30 minutes before grilling. You can also wrap the corn in foil with butter and seasonings before grilling for a steamed effect.
