Prepare the Fish
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and salt, then rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the fish.
Grill the Fish
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking, then grill the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a dry pan for about 20-30 seconds per side. Flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces and divide it among the warm tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Serve
- Serve immediately with any desired optional toppings such as diced avocado, salsa, or sour cream.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the fish for 15-30 minutes before grilling. You can also use a grill pan if you don't have an outdoor grill.
