These quick and easy no-bake peanut butter bars are a delightful treat made with a buttery graham cracker crust and a smooth, rich chocolate topping.

Ingredients
  

For the Bars
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Method
 

Prepare the Bars
  1. In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Make the Chocolate Topping
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the chilled peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour, or until the chocolate topping is firm, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For best results, use a good quality creamy peanut butter. These bars can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
