  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp hot water, for coffee flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whip the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer.
  2. Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until combined.
  3. Divide the prepared ice cream mixture into three equal portions for separate flavoring.
Flavoring and Freezing
  1. For the chocolate flavor, fold the cocoa powder into one portion of the ice cream mixture.
  2. For the strawberry swirl, gently swirl the mashed strawberries into another portion of the ice cream mixture.
  3. For the coffee flavor, mix the dissolved instant coffee into the last portion of the ice cream mixture.
  4. Transfer each flavored mixture into separate freezer-safe containers and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes

For best results, allow the ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. You can customize the flavors further with other mix-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit purees. Ensure the cream is very cold before whipping for optimal volume and stiffness.
