  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies 10 oz, undrained
  • 1 can black beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can kidney beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn 15 oz, drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large pot over medium heat; drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and ranch seasoning, mixing well to coat the beef.
  3. Add the undrained diced tomatoes with green chilies, rinsed and drained black beans, rinsed and drained kidney beans, and drained corn to the pot.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and let the soup simmer for at least 15-20 minutes, or longer for more developed flavors.
