Cooking Pasta
- Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Cooking Shrimp
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Making Sauce
- Stir in wine or broth and lemon juice, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Stir in the cooked linguine and fresh parsley until everything is well combined.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic. Serve with a side salad and crusty bread.
