Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz linguine
Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Cooking Shrimp
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Making Sauce
  1. Stir in wine or broth and lemon juice, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  2. Stir in the cooked linguine and fresh parsley until everything is well combined.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic. Serve with a side salad and crusty bread.
