  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and delicately remove the stems from the mushrooms, finely chopping the stems and setting aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, then stir in the chopped mushroom stems.
  3. Carefully spoon the prepared filling into each mushroom cap, arranging them on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling. You can also experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or Gruyère. These stuffed mushrooms are best served warm, as an appetizer or a flavorful side dish.
