  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Melted unsalted butter
Filling
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream, cold

Method
 

Crust Preparation
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
Filling Preparation
