Chilling
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and chill.
Notes
For best results, make the tzatziki ahead of time and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to fully develop. Serve with pita bread, grilled meats, or as a fresh dip.
